Hamill has his hands down when he is on the outside. He puts them back up while exchanging. Hamill did well on his feet agaist Tim Boetch. Tim has great power and landed a great knee on Hamill. Hamill has a great chin.. He is a badass wrestler. Hamill also has tons of power in his hands. Franklin is a great fighter with solid grappling and great striking. This is going to be a great fight.... Mark my words. I have been saying since the Tim Boetch fight that Hamill is progressing very fast and he will be a champion someday. I think Franklin wins a hard fought fight here. Probably a split decision. But if you think Franklin will dominate then you are crazy. Hammill is legit and he is improving dramatically. He may even pull this one out..... I like both fighters alot and I cant wait to see this fight. It is very interesting.. It will tell us alot about Matt Hammill....

Hamill is a good fighter, but Franklin is a better fighter in my opinion so even if its not over in the first round I still see Franklin winning this one

I guess I'll go against the crowd. I think Hamill submitts Franklin for the win. Matt Hamill is even better than GSP in the wrestling dept. He's tough and able to take any punch.I like both of them but I'll pick Hamill with his ground game.

I still hate he got robbed against Bisping. What a rip off.

True story on the Bisping fight Marty...this is gonna be a tough fight but I have to go with experience this time...Frankilin by decision

Its not a question of does Hamill deserve a fight with Franklin... Franklin is moving back up to Light Heavyweight. Did you think the UFC was going to threw him in with the top LHW fighters. They gave him a tough up and comer. They didnt give Franklin to Hamill. They gave Hamill to Franklin. Its a good test for both fighters though. Ps Franklin is a much better fighter than Boetch you are right. I think his striking power is just a much as Franklins though. I made that point to comment on Hamills chin and ability to take a punch.. I cant wait for this fight...... Ps Hamill definetly won the fight against Bisping!!
